Step1 : Non-Disruptive Set-up

Pivot Cloud Platform targets the Cobol Application whether it is a green screen application (ex. BMS) or Browser based (ex. via MQ). Start using the application as normal, Pivot Cloud Platform learns all the logic and data flows.


Step 2: Analysis

Pivot Cloud Platform “Process Insights“, once deployed, understands business logic and rule sets in third-party systems deployed internally. Since Pivot Cloud Platform AI does not require source code or a separate system deployed for documentation, the system while operational will be systematically analyzed and documented.

Step3 : Run Business Queries

Start running business queries to get answers. You can use simple business language to describe the problem.

“What happens to a customer’s premium when the customer’s address is updated?”

“What external services are called, when a user updates their contact details?”

AI will gather as much information available, deciphers the underlying data manipulation logic, and report back as accurately as possible.
